Here it is: This reminds me of a time when I was coming into San Francisco and heard that a TWA 707 was getting too close to a DC-9. Approach Control, seeing that no one was behind TWA said, "TWA 707, make a right 360 for spacing." The pilot responded "What? Do you realize that it costs my company a hundred dollars for every 180 degree turn I make in this thing?"
