I have taken the airports.nav datafile that has been discussed in this
news group and converted it to a dBase (.dbf) file format.  The file 
(airports.dbf - 2271386 bytes) contains every record that was in the
airports.nav file (18000 plus entries) and has been zipped down to 
555780 bytes.  If you are interested, 'airports.zip' is available via
anonymous ftp from csn.org in the /pub/misc directory.
